Dear Clients

Your appointments are very important to the team here at HAKUKI Camping Gear Rental Service Company. We take your appointment as a verbal contract and the time slot is reserved especially for you. For this reason, your booking is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

★To secure a booking or package, a full payment is generally made by online payment link. In case of a no-show or late cancellation. 

 

【Bad Weather Arrangement】

 Before departure: Free Cancellation. After departure: Contact us immediately. Payment you made before becomes non-refundable, and you are responsible for any damage of the rental item(s).


【Loss or Damage to Equipment】 

 Contact us immediately.The Customer is responsible for the loss, theft, damage or destruction of the rental item(s) and agrees to pay the full replacement value for the rental item(s). 

 

 Contact Details

Please let us know with your late picking up of gears or returning in advance.

If you change your mobile number or email address, please contact us ASAP so we always have your current contact details on file and can get in touch with you when necessary.

Cancellations at least 7days in advance】

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, your valuable appointment slot will be wasted and we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. In addition, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.

 

★ We therefore respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us ASAP and at least 7days in advance to avoid the loss of your payment that you made before.

 

★If we don’t receive 7days’ notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, the payment you made before becomes non-refundable or transferable.
